Job summary

Tucson Subaru in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to help customers and service technicians locate and sell the right parts quickly and accurately.

You will process orders, answer calls, maintain inventory accuracy, stock incoming parts, and assist the service team to meet customer needs. Automotive parts experience is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service technicians with parts identification and sales.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to parts inquiries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Promote additional products and services when appropriate.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to meet customer needs.
