Carter Motors Subaru in Shoreline is hiring entry-level automotive technicians. You will receive hands-on training to become a skilled technician while contributing to a high standard of customer service.

The position offers a starting pay of $21.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement as you gain experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package after introductory periods. Schedule options and growth potential make this an ideal entry‑level opportunity for motivated individuals.

Qualificações

• Clear communication with teammates and customers.

• Basic computer skills for service writing and scheduling.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission and possess a valid license.

Responsabilidades

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.

Starting pay: is$21.00 an hourContinued training from there (as well as performance) nets you an increase in pay. Experienced technicians are paid on production, and earnings generally range from $70K-95K/year. Interested? We are happy to answer any other questions you may have.
