Subaru Balise Subaru of Hadley is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist mechanics and customers with parts and supplies. You will track parts, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining inventory records.

The role emphasizes customer service, parts identification from manuals, and timely notification of stock issues. Experience in the automotive parts field is preferred, with Tekion knowledge valued. This is an on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive parts field.
• Customer service and organization skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle products is preferred.
• Tekion knowledge is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Track all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership.
• Handle parts payment collection and ensure correct billing through service department and collision repair.
• Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer.
• Maintain proper record keeping and tag parts with customer name and job number.
• Refer to parts manuals (hard copy and electronic) to identify the right parts for make, model and year.
• Provide excellent customer service and price quotations over the phone.
