NAPA Auto Parts in Richmond, VA is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist who can help fleet customers get the right parts quickly. You don't need to tear engines apart, but knowledge of automotive parts is preferred and helpful for the team and customers.

In this full-time role you will source parts, answer questions, provide outstanding service, and participate in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in parts store or automotive industry is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customer.
• ASE Certifications (bonus).

Mansioni

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members and answer customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
