Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, doing business as NAPA, is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist. You'll source and provide parts for fleet customers, assist team members, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in automotive parts or a strong willingness to learn, with a valid driver's license and excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to work around an airport environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED or technical or trade school courses or degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customer.
• Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
