Qualifications

• Experience in helping fleet customers and knowledge of auto parts preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts and assist team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members and answer customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
