O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and encourages bilingual applicants where possible to assist a diverse customer base.

The position emphasizes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, processing payments, and handling returns while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and serve professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept cash/checks, process transactions.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and cleaning.
