O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service to both retail and installer customers. You will support store management in daily tasks and provide accurate parts lookups and price quotes over the phone and in person.

The ideal candidate offers outstanding customer service, can multitask between customers in-store and the phone, and may be bilingual to assist a diverse customer base. Training and growth opportunities are available.

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask with phone and in-store customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installers as needed.

• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Respond to customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store tasks and stock updates.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
