O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient customer interactions, accurate cash handling, price quotes, returns processing, and assisting with in-store services and stock management. Bilingual skills are encouraged, and previous automotive parts knowledge is a plus.

• Able to multitask—handle customers in-store and on the phone
• Bilingual abilities encouraged (Spanish helpful)

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection
• Promote customer service programs and related selling
• Assist professional customers and install service specialists as needed
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and returns per policy
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and upsell related items
• Perform daily store tasks: stocking, planogram updates, and inventory cycles
• Assist with device testing and in-store services where allowed
• Deliver items as needed per business demand
