O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to provide exceptional service to retail and installer customers and support store management with daily tasks.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining stock and planograms. ASE certification preferred, bilingual skills a plus, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist management and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer; process cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and fronting.
• Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries) as allowed by state laws.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
