O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and professional customers. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, and support management in daily tasks while promoting service programs.

The role includes handling cash, processing returns, and performing in-store services where permitted. Occasional deliveries may be required to meet business needs.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist store and installer service staff in serving professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support daily stock, shelf presentation, and planogram updates.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) where allowed.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed per policy.
