Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in merchandise selection
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Assist with stock, planograms, and store upkeep
• Provide phone support per policy and quote prices
• Operate test equipment after training
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed
