Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail/walk-in customers and help them select merchandise.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and safe cash drawer management.
• Answer store phones, lookup parts and quotes, and promote related items and the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and shelf maintenance.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes, etc.) where allowed by law.
• Drive occasionally for deliveries as needed and compliant with driving eligibility rules.
