Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Follow and promote customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Assist professional customers and service specialists as needed.
• Process calls, look up parts, quote prices and offer related items and Low-Price Guarantee.
• Handle cash drawer, cash/credit transactions, and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues amicably.
• Support store operations: stocking, planogram updates, and routine tasks.
• Assist with in-store services and, when needed, drive deliveries.
