O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key duties include greeting customers, promoting service programs, assisting professionals, handling calls, managing cash, and processing returns. The role involves daily stock, image maker updates, and occasional delivery driving as needed.

Formación

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Desirable: Spanish language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.).
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls according to policy, lookup parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer; process payments and returns per policy.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Update image maker and planograms; stock shelves and related tasks.
• Perform daily store operations and inventory tasks.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
