The Store Pro at Genuine Parts Company (NAPA) in Wenatchee, WA, serves as the primary contact for customers, providing automotive parts solutions and delivering a high-quality experience in-store and for wholesale customers.

Responsibilities include product knowledge, accurate order fulfillment, POS operations, and supporting inventory and logistics. This role offers a strong entry point with growth opportunities within the organization.

Formación

• Required: High School Diploma or GED with strong communication skills.
• Required: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Required: Customer-focused mindset with listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environments.
• Preferred: ASE certification or similar automotive knowledge is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools and communication devices.
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate deliveries and pull/prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Contribute to store performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
