You will engage customers, apply product knowledge, and use POS and inventory tools to fulfill orders while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment.

In this role you will support daily store operations, drive loyalty through service excellence, and collaborate with peers to meet performance measures and safeguarding store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and tech systems.
• Experience in automotive/retail/parts is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and teammates.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced store.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control activities like receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Contribute to store operations and team support to optimize performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for store processes.
