Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment preferred; ASE certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries using delivery management systems.
