Job summary

NAPA is seeking an energetic Store Associate to be the first point of contact for customers in our Round Rock, TX store. You will provide automotive parts solutions and support both retail and wholesale customers, contributing to overall store performance through product knowledge and responsive service.

In this role, you will handle transactions, assist with inventory and deliveries, and help maintain a fast-paced, accurate operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Support store operations and logistics, including deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
