O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. You will assist with product selection, route inquiries to the correct channels, and process transactions with accuracy while upholding company policies.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The role supports store management, participates in stock and planogram updates, and may involve driving deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired (language skills encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and professionals as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store phone calls and lookup parts, quote prices and offer related items.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and daily store operations.
