Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Spring Hill, FL is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high level service to retail and installer customers and to support store management with assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and automotive parts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with merchandise, handling cash and credit transactions, processing exchanges, updating planograms, stocking shelves, and performing in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support management and installer service specialists with professional customers.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy; handle cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments, and complete daily stock/planogram updates.
• Assist with image maker, freight receival, stocking shelves, and inventory counts.
• Provide in-store services (where allowed) and occasional delivery per business needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
