Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Michigan is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide excellent service to retail and installer customers and support store management in daily tasks.

You will greet customers, assist in merchandise selection, process transactions, handle returns, and help with stock and planogram updates. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply; ASE certification and Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote company service programs and offer related selling items.
• Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns and resolve customer complaints.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and image maker tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
