AutoNation is seeking a Parts Retail Associate to help hundreds of customers in choosing automotive parts and to create an exceptional buying experience that builds loyalty to AutoNation. You will meet technicians and retail guests, obtain the correct parts promptly, price items accurately, and assist with phone inquiries.

The role requires at least one year in an automotive parts environment, strong customer service and sales skills, and solid communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifikationen

• One year of automotive parts department experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Aufgaben

• Promptly meet and assist both technicians and retail guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Obtain the correct parts and accessories for both technicians and retail guests in a timely manner.
• Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
