Qualifications

• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.

• Organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with technicians and retail guests to assist them in purchasing parts.
• Obtain the correct parts and accessories for technicians and guests promptly.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and transfer data to the document and computer system.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, addressing inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean, orderly manner.
• Provide customers with needed information and suggest additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
