AutoNation in Westmont, IL is hiring a Parts Retail Associate who will interact with hundreds of customers to help them find the right automotive parts and accessories, delivering an exceptional buying experience that builds loyalty.

You will meet technicians and retail guests, obtain correct parts promptly, price items using approved sources, answer calls, stock inventory, and keep the department clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Three years or more as an automotive Parts professional.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories promptly.
• Accurately price parts using the pricing source and update documents.
• Answer calls promptly and satisfy inquiries.
• Stock inventory in the correct locations.
• Keep the parts department clean and organized.
• Provide information and highlight additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
