Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Charlotte seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and advanced store systems familiarity. You will assist with sales, handle DIY services, and maintain high customer service and store standards.

The role requires 3-5 years automotive parts experience, strong communication in English, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends. Valid driver’s license and ASE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a variety of days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
