Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales, with expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts. You will assist customers and perform DIY services, source parts, and help manage inventory and operations.

The role requires strong customer service, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work some evenings and weekends. 3–5 years in automotive parts preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
