Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services with expert parts and automotive knowledge. You will assist customers in-store and via phone, operate store systems, and help with advanced service tasks such as battery installation and diagnostics.

The role requires 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work various days and shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
