Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts knowledge and strong customer service in a fast-paced DIY environment. The role requires experience with store systems, parts sourcing, and basic diagnostics, with duties including in-store and phone assistance, service tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification is preferred but not required; 3–5 years of automotive parts experience recommended.

Formación

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Able to read and understand safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
