Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and advanced store systems. You will identify parts, troubleshoot, and assist on projects while contributing to high customer satisfaction.

The role includes performing DIY services, managing inventory, and helping keep the store organized and safe. A valid driver's license and ASE certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must be able to read/interpret safety rules, parts catalogs and manuals.
• English communication skills; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder responsibilities including opening/closing duties.
