NAPA is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to serve as the first point of contact in our Richardson, Texas store. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through product knowledge and responsive service.

In this role, you will use POS and inventory tools, engage with customers, and help maintain a fast-paced, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and tech systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/cataloging tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
