NAPA Auto Parts in Dallas, TX is seeking a Store Pro to be the front line for customers, delivering quality parts solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist retail and wholesale customers, apply product knowledge, and help maintain store performance.

You will operate POS and inventory tools, build relationships to drive loyalty, and support deliveries and order fulfillment. This role offers an entry point with growth potential within the NAPA organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
