Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive parts ordering is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Define parts identified by customers to be ordered and replaced during recon/repair processes and relay information to Procurement for order placement.
• Collaborate with recon technicians to identify required parts and communicate with Procurement for orders.
• Track, receive, inventory and distribute all parts to meet customer vehicle delivery expectations.
• Maintain shop supply inventory levels and control all parts to minimize loss or shrinkage.
• Maintain a neat, safe workspace and follow safety procedures at all times.
