Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive parts management education a plus.
• Experience in a parts department, preferably in the automotive/machinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive/machinery parts and inventory management practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Parts Management Systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the parts department with quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and place replenishment orders.
• Work with suppliers to procure parts cost-effectively and timely.
• Assist in pricing parts and maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally.
• Develop strategies to increase parts department sales and profitability.
• Train and supervise parts staff, provide feedback, enforce policies.
• Manage warranty claims, returns, and exchanges per policies.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and accessible.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
