You will partner with the Service Manager to optimize workflows, reports, and service effectiveness on a busy retail floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training or degree preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive service management or as a service advisor is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and service department operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in using service management software and standard office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the service department.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and service needs promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance needs.
