Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in call center sales or customer service.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
• Initiates sales calls to existing customers to assess replenishment needs.
• Assists customers with product and service questions, pricing, and parts information.
• Prospects and develops relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Provides ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts.
• Processes orders and reviews for correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
• Seek opportunities for upselling and price negotiation.
• Informs customers of prices, shipping dates, delays, and additional information.
• Advises on substitutions when a part is unavailable.
• Supports continual improvement of LKQ and Keystone Automotive Industries quality systems.
• Handles incoming/outgoing emails with clientele and within the company.
