Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; ASE certification is a plus. You may assist with returns, complaints, and daily store operations as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts is desired.
• ASE certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and help customers select merchandise.
• Greet retail and installer customers in a friendly manner and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Process cash/credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Handle exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily store operational tasks and shelving duties as directed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
