Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Kentucky seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may enhance sales with knowledge of automotive parts and related selling programs.
Your role includes greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with exchanges/returns, and contributing to store upkeep and stock management.
Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
- Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.
- Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and ASE certification is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist retail and installer customers with merchandise selection.
- Promote customer service programs and related selling initiatives.
- Support store management and professional customers as needed.
- Handle cash drawer, transactions, exchanges, and returns per policy.
- Address customer complaints and provide solution-friendly outcomes.
- Assist with visual merchandising, stock, and basic in-store services.
