USA GPC Genuine Parts Company’s Store Pro role serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing NAPA and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The position focuses on providing automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers and supports store performance through product knowledge and responsiveness.

You will engage with customers, use POS and inventory tools, and collaborate with the team to drive loyalty and efficient order

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate systems including POS and catalog tools.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Support store operations and customer inquiries as needed.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
