NAPA Counter Sales associate at GPC is the face of the store, helping customers find auto parts and answer questions at the counter or by phone. You’ll use your auto parts knowledge to assist customers and team members, deliver outstanding service, and create a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn all things automotive.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Background knowledge of automotive parts is preferred but not required
• Willing to learn all things automotive and grow within the company

Responsabilidades

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers at the counter or over the phone
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions in the store
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced retail environment
• Welcome customers and engage to provide a positive consumer experience
• Use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system
