Job summary

Park Place Mercedes Fort Worth, part of Asbury Automotive Group, seeks a Parts Counter Associate to sell parts to customers over the counter, shop, or phone. You will assist customers in selecting parts, provide price quotes, and ensure orders align with the estimates.

Qualifications

• Degree in automotive technology or military equivalent experience
• Bi-lingual is always a plus
• Must be at least eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone in a friendly, professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting required parts and inform them of companion part requirements
• Provide price quotes and other information for incoming inquiries and ensure pricing aligns with estimates
• Pull and fill orders from stock, notify parts manager of out-of-stock items, and manage back-order items
• Receive payment from customers or obtain credit authorization; support outside sales reps with orders
