Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to help customers select parts, provide pricing and information, and process over-the-counter, shop, and phone orders. The role involves pulling stock, coordinating with the shop, and maintaining accurate paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, multitasking ability, and a background in automotive parts. A valid driver\'s license and basic computer skills are required; bilingual capability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts.
• Explain companion parts and upsell full product line.
• Pull and fill stock orders.
• Process payments and handle credit.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver\'s license.
• Pass pre-employment screening.

Responsabilités

• Sell parts over the counter, in the shop, and by phone.
• Verify parts against shop estimates for accuracy.
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or needed materials.
• Pull orders and ensure parts are tagged with customer names and job numbers.
• Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
• Maintain prompt, accurate paperwork and update back-order files.
