Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Counter Associate in Fort Worth to sell parts and provide outstanding customer service across retail and shop channels. You will assist customers with part recommendations, quotes, and order fulfillment while maintaining a professional image.

You will handle phone and counter inquiries, manage back-orders, and support shop teams with accurate parts and pricing. A valid driver’s license and automotive knowledge are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• CDK familiarity is a plus.
• MS Outlook and general computer skills required.
• Degree in automotive technology or military equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Sell parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Provide price quotes and information on companion part requirements and specials.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and notify when parts are out of stock.
