Job summary

VIVE Collision is seeking a Parts Assistant to manage ordering, receiving, processing, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. You will work closely with the General Manager, estimators, and technicians to resolve parts-related issues and ensure timely deliveries.

This role requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of automotive parts, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced collision repair shop.

Qualifications

• 3 years parts experience preferred.
• Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• The Parts Assistant is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process.
• Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for issues that are parts-related within the shop.
