Job summary

Vive collision in New Castle, DE is seeking an Auto Body Parts Coordinator to manage parts orders, receiving, processing, shop distribution quality checks, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. You'll work closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians to resolve parts-related issues.

The ideal candidate has collision repair parts experience, knowledge of CCC ONE is preferred, and can communicate clearly, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at a collision repair center in a parts role.
• CCC ONE estimating software knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
• Effective communication with others.
• Ability to read basic instructions, estimates, and work orders.
• Multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements.
• Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to vendors.
• Monitor deliveries and track parts status; advise vendors as needed.
• Drive parts-related KPIs.
• Mirror match part orders to corresponding repair orders.
• Inspect and check in parts, identify damage upon delivery.
• All other duties assigned.
