Job summary

Balise Auto Group in Hadley, MA seeks a Parts Counter Associate to assist mechanics and customers with parts purchases. You will track parts, handle payments, and ensure proper billing through service and collision departments.

Responsibilities include referencing parts manuals for correct parts, notifying managers of stock issues, packaging and shipping parts to manufacturers, and maintaining detailed records with customer names and job numbers. Travel is minimal; customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive parts field.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of parts products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on backordered parts.
