Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a Parts Associate to manage the parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment. You will assist customers in person and by phone, provide pricing and product information, and coordinate with vendors to ensure parts availability.

The role emphasizes accurate ordering, strong customer service, and maintaining an organized parts area to support daily operations. A background in automotive parts is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

Chapman Hyundai is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the parts sales process from start to finish while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You will assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, coordinate with vendors, and help maintain efficient inventory operations.
