Job summary

Chapman Chrysler Jeep is seeking a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Henderson dealership. In this role, you will oversee the parts sales process, assist customers with inquiries, and coordinate with vendors to maintain efficient inventory.

Automotive parts experience is preferred, but strong customer service and retail/wholesale experience are encouraged to apply. The schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturdays, and compensation is base plus commission.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience required.
• Chrysler experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist customers by phone and in person with parts inquiries, pricing, and product information.
• Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and order status.
• Source and locate parts from outside vendors when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external customers.
• Maintain an organized work area while supporting daily parts department operations.
