Job summary

Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a Parts Associate to manage the parts sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, interacting with customers in person and over the phone. You will coordinate with vendors, pull and process parts orders, and ensure accurate inventory handling.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts experience, particularly with Chrysler products, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience required.
• Chrysler experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Assist customers by phone and in person with parts inquiries, pricing, and product information.
• Pull, fill, and process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and order status.
• Source and locate parts from outside vendors when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal departments and external customers.
• Maintain an organized work area while supporting daily parts department operations.
