Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. You will serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, helping customers understand their vehicle maintenance needs while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, creating repair orders with cost estimates, and communicating progress to customers to ensure timely and quality repairs.

Qualifikationen

Must be at least 20 years of age.
Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain vehicle service needs clearly.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
